Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in providing high-quality products, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong product or style), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your return or exchange, you will need to provide:

• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

• Your order number and contact information.

Once we review your case, we will offer a replacement or refund for the damaged or incorrect item, depending on availability.

3. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products, including lashes that have been worn or tampered with.

4. Processing Time

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

If you are returning a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
